Booking Day Tip

The most important aspect of any Breckenridge Grand Vacation ownership is booking your owner week. While each property has a little bit of a different booking process, the end result is the exact same. Take a look at our property-specific tips below.

Grand Colorado on Peak 8

  • Three-bedroom and four-bedroom owners: Reservation requests may be made on the first Wednesday that is 372 days or less in advance of the check-in date The full three or four bedroom must be reserved in order to book 372 days in advance.
  • Suite, one-bedroom and two-bedroom owners: Reservation requests may be made on the first Wednesday that is 365 days or less in advance of the check-in date desired.
  • Owners with multiple units of the same size and season will be able to make consecutive, multiple-week reservations when confirmed for the first week of use.
  • Winter owners have access to weeks 1-6, 13-15 and 47-50.
  • Winter Prime owners have access to weeks 7-12.
  • Winter Value owners have access to weeks 13-15 and 47-50.
  • Summer Prime owners have access to weeks 26-32.
  • Summer Value owners have access to weeks 21-25 and 33-39.
  • Spring/Fall owners have access to weeks 16-20 and 40-46.

Grand Lodge on Peak 7

  • All owners: Reservation requests may be made on the first Tuesday that is 365 days or less in advance of the check-in date desired.
  • Owners with multiple units of the same size and season will be able to make consecutive, multiple-week reservations when confirmed for the first week of use.
  • Winter Plus owners have access to weeks 1-15 and 47-50.
  • Winter owners have access to weeks 1-6, 14-15 and 47-50.
  • Summer owners have access to weeks 21-39.
  • Spring/Fall owners have access to weeks 16-20 and 40-46.

Grand Timber Lodge

  • Four-bedroom winter owners: Reservation requests are made by calling 877.453.4440 on a set Saturday in January. Keep an eye out for email notices of this booking day.
  • Winter and summer owners: Reservation requests can be placed during a set three-week period through an online reservation request system. The winter reservation request window runs mid-December through mid-January. The summer request window runs from the beginning of May till the beginning of June. Keep an eye out for email notices of the specific dates for the reservation request windows.
  • Spring and fall owners: Reservation requests may be made on the third Saturday in April by calling 877.453.4440.
  • Winter owners have access to weeks 1-15 and 48-50.
  • Summer owners have access to weeks 21-39.
  • Spring and fall owners have access to weeks 16-20 and 40-46.

Gold Point Resort

  • All weeks at Gold Point are fixed weeks.
  • If you are interested in trading for a different week at Gold Point, take advantage of the Owner Trade Forum on Grand Central or talk to an Interval International liaison at 877.453.4440.

Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Property Information

Letter from the Construction Manager

  • Phase 1 plaza and terrace units insulation and drywall are 80 percent complete.
  • The exterior sheeting, siding and trim on the North and West faces in Phase 1 are complete.
  • The sheetrock is hung in Phase 1 units. Texture and painting will begin in January.
  • The second- and third-floor unit fireplaces in Phase 1 units are operational.
  • Shells for the indoor pools and hot tubs are complete in Phase 1.
  • The common area mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) are complete in Phase 1. A grease duct is being installed up through the Phase 1 building.
  • Phase 1 and 2 masonry work is in progress. So far, two chimneys have been completed.
  • Exterior framing work is still in progress on Phase 3.

  • Phase 1, 2nd floor unit fireplaces are operational.
  • Exterior sheathing is now in progress for Phase 2.
  • Exterior framing is in progress for Phase 3.
  • Work on the pools and spas is in progress.
  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins have been started in the common areas in Phase 1.

  • We have poured the concrete on the 4th floor in Phase 3.
  • The steel “super structure” is complete.
  • The plaza and terrace common areas are framed and the windows are installed in Phase 1.
  • The drywall is 75% complete in Phase 1.
  • We are continuing to make progress on the exterior trim and siding work.
  • The exterior walls in Phase 2 are framed.
  • The pool shells are under construction.
  • The mechanical room and boiler flue are almost complete.
  • The exterior stairway from the ski area to the pool courtyard is installed.
  • The lobby stair structure is in place.

  • Concrete floors have been poured on the Phase 3 second floor.
  • Steel “super structure” is complete except for few minor details.
  • The Cooling Towner, an air-conditioning unit for the building, has been placed on the roof.
  • Building back fill of about 14’ for the driveway entrance into the garage has been placed.
  • The plaza and terrace units in Phase 1 are framed and the windows and sliding doors have been installed.
  • Drywall is being installed in Phase 1 on the fourth floor.
  • Exterior trim and siding work is still underway on Phase 1.
  • Waterproofing of the pool “shell” has been completed.

Letter from the Construction Manager:

  • We have completed the concrete structural slab through 1F, Phase 3.
  • The roof steel is 98% complete through Phase 3.We will demobilize the crane next week.
  • The drywall and ceiling framing continue to be installed on 2F – 4F, Phase 1.
  • The windows and sliding doors are about 80% installed, Phase 1.
  • The framing is close to completion in the “triangle” area, Phase 1.
  • The exterior trim and siding has started this past month.
  • The indoor/outdoor pool installation work has begun. We are working on the waterproofing and plumbing of the “shells” at this time.
