Letter from the General Manager

Happy June! The snow has melted at Gold Point, and we are enjoying the summer sunshine on property.

During the month of May, the Gold Point team concentrated on our semi-annual blocks. Rob Wilson and the Engineering team focused on preventative maintenance around the property. Ivannia Soto and the Housekeeping team focused on deep cleans throughout the resort. In addition to the typical block work that occurs on property, we also completed the interior unit painting in Buildings 4 and 6 and the new fireplace inserts and tile surrounds in Buildings 1, 2 and 3. New amenity dispensers have been installed in the bathrooms throughout the property. The use of the new dispensers will save the homeowner’s association money as well as be more environmentally friendly than the previous individual containers.

There are several exciting events occurring in Breckenridge throughout June:

  • The 3rd Annual Rob Millisor Hearth Health Walk returns to Breckenridge on June 9. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a 5k trail run or a 5k trail or 1-mile town walk. For more information, please click here.
  • The 33rd Annual Ride the Rockies bicycle tour will kick off and end in the town of Breck on June 9 and June 15. For more information, click here.
  • Breckenridge will once again host the Gold Panning Championships. Come learn how to pan for gold and watch the 2018 championships on Main Street. This free event occurs June 15 to June 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or suggestions.
