Grand Central is Better than Ever

You asked and we listened. We have been working hard behind the scenes to create a one-of-a-kind owner’s website just for you. A streamlined, mobile-friendly version of Grand Central has been released today.

With a new site comes the need for all owners to re-register on Grand Central. Re-registration was needed to keep all account information secure and your privacy protected during this transition. You will need your last name as listed on your deed and owner number to register.

How to Register:

In order to access your ownership information on Grand Central, you need to first create your account.

  1. Go to www.bgvgrandcentral.com and click the red “Register Now” button.
  2. Next you will enter your last name and owner number. After entering these, check the “I’m not a robot” box and then click “Locate”.
  3. Verify that the owner information provided is correct and click “This is correct”. If the email address is not correct please contact the Owner Relations department at 877-453-4440.
  4. You will need to enter a username and password. Once complete, click “Register.”

How to book Bonus Time

Step 1: On the main Grand Central page, click on the Bonus Time Reservations box

Step 2: A calendar appears with colored dates that correspond with availability. You will find the meaning of each color above the calendar

Step 3: If you’re an owner at more than one property, you can switch between properties by clicking on the appropriate tab above the calendar

Step 4: Click first on the desired day of check in, and second, click on the day you’re looking to check out

Step 5: Search availability. Room size options will appear along with rates underneath the calendar

Step 6: Click reserve for the option that best suits your preference and you will be directed to a new page

Step 7: You must agree to the Bonus Time terms and click continue

Step 8: Add appropriate amenities to your Bonus Time reservation and continue

Step 9: You will now be prompted for payment. You can either pay with reward dollars in your account or enter a credit card before you continue to complete the reservation

Step 10: You have now made an online Bonus Time reservation and will be emailed a confirmation of your reservation

How to reserve Day Use Parking

Step 1: On the main Grand Central page, click on the Day Use Parking box

Step 2: You will be able to reserve day use parking 7 days in advance. These dates will appear and you can select which day you are looking to reserve

Step 3: You must add a vehicle or select an existing vehicle

Step 4: You must now agree to the day use parking terms and conditions to create the reservation

 

 

How to Create a Day Use Theater Reservation

 Step 1: On the main Grand Central page, hover your cursor over RESERVATIONS at the top of the page and a drop-down menu will appear

Step 2: Click on the Day Use Theater Reservation option

Step 3: You’re able to book a theater for Day Use 48 hours in advance. These will be the only dates that appear

Step 4: Click on the day you wish to book and a list of availability for that day will appear

Step 5: Select the time and day you’d like to reserve the theater

Step 6: You must now agree to the Day Use Theater Terms and Conditions to move forward and create the reservation

How to Create an Owner Stay Theater Reservation

Step 1: On the main Grand Central page, hover your cursor over RESERVATIONS at the top of the page and a drop-down menu will appear

Step 2: Click on the Owner Stay Theater Reservation option

Step 3: Under “My Reservations” click on the specific reservation you would like to create a theater reservation for

Step 4: Once you select the specific upcoming stay, a list of the available days and times will appear

Step 5: You can now select which day, time, and specific theater you’d like to reserve

Step 6: You must now agree to the Owner Stay Theater Terms and Conditions to move forward and create the reservation

How To Add a Co-Owner

Step 1: Under the Ownership dropdown menu, select Account

Step 2: Click on the “Additional Users” tab

Step 3: Enter the email address and phone number of the Co-Owner you would like to add to have access to your online ownership profile

Step 4: The co-owner will receive a registration email to the address entered in Step 3

Step 5: The registration link will open a new Internet window for the co-owner to create a username and password

How To Cancel a Reservation

Step 1: Under the Reservations dropdown menu, select “My Reservations”

Step 2: Locate the reservation you want to cancel

Step 3: To the right of the reservation entry you will see a red “Cancel” button and you will click that

Step 4: A popup window will appear that states, “You will be charged $100 to cancel this reservation”

Step 5: Click on “Cancel Reservation”

How To Resend a Confirmation Email

Step 1: Under the Reservations dropdown menu, select “My Reservations”

Step 2: Locate the reservation you want to resend the confirmation email for

Step 3: Click on the grey “Confirmation” button

Step 4: A popup window will appear that will allow you to enter the email addresses you would prefer to send the confirmation email to

Step 5: When the confirmation email has successfully sent, you will see another popup window that states, “Confirmation was successfully resent”

How To Use the Owner Trade Forum

Step 1: Under the Ownership dropdown menu, select “Trade Forum”

Step 2: Select “New Trade” at the top of the screen

Step 3: Fill out the “What I Have” and the “What I Want” section by using each dropdown menu

Step 4: Read the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the red “Terms and Conditions” at the bottom of the screen

Step 5: Add any additional information you would like to and click on “Submit Trade Request”

Step 6: You will see a screen that states, “Your trade request has been submitted and will be reviewed by the Owner Relations Department
