August 2014 – The Denver Post names Breckenridge Grand Vacations one of the best places to work. Breckenridge Grand Vacations has been selected as one of the best places to work by a recent ranking by The Denver Post. Overall, BGV was ranked 11th out of 100 on the list out of mid-sized companies in Colorado. This award is based solely on employee feedback through an employee survey where our employees echoed “The company cares about employees, guests, owners, and community. It empowers me to make decisions to go above and beyond.”

2014 Tripadvisor Green Leader
Recognized by Tripadvisor as a Green Leader for Grand Lodge on Peak 7, Gold Point Resort and Breck Inn.

2014 Sustainable Breck Certifications
This certification was awarded to Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and Grand Timber Lodge by the Town of Breckenridge and the High Country Conservation Center. The certification recognizes adherence to the strict green standards set by the Town of Breckenridge.

2012 Greener Summit Business Award
The award given by the High Country Conservation Center, recognized Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ efforts to institute environmental programs for employees and customers.

2002 Breckenridge Resort Chamber Historical Appreciation Award
Breckenridge Grand Vacations was honored by the Breckenridge Resort Chamber for supporting the Summit Historical Society by providing a home for the Historical Museum. Through this, Breckenridge Grand Vacations is recognized as the business that best captures the flavor of Breckenridge’s distinctive past through displays and instruction.

2000 Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics
This coveted award from the BBB was given to Breckenridge Grand Vacations because of the consistently fair and honest treatment of customers, owners, guests and employees. The business practice follows a strict code of ethics that has always been part of our framework and a major contributor to our success and fine reputation.

1999 The Summit Foundation Outstanding Philanthropic Business of the Year
Through this award, The Summit Foundation paid tribute to the generosity of Breckenridge Grand Vacations. The award acknowledges our commitment, through financial support and through encouragement and motivation of others, to take a leadership role toward philanthropy and community involvement.

The leadership team at Breckenridge Grand Vacations is very involved in the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), the national organization that “fosters and promotes the growth of the vacation ownership industry and serves its members through education, public relations and communications, legislative advocacy, membership development, and ethics enforcement.
