Grand Timber Lodge Property Info

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your family at the Grand Timber Lodge!

Winter is finally here! The leaves have dropped, followed closely by lots of great snow. Make sure to get a fresh coating of wax on your skis or boards and hit the mountain.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. We look forward to lots of turkey and stuffing, but more importantly this is a great time of year to spend with the family. If you are looking to get away and spend some time in Breckenridge, please call our Owner Support Department at 877.457.4440.

Thank you all for another great Grand Timber Owners meeting on 10/19! It is always nice to see and talk with our GTL family!

Here is a peek of what has been happening at the resort:

  • After 20 years of wonderful memories, we have renovated the Rob Millisor Grand Room. The Grand Room renovations include new carpet, TVs, furniture, and décor, and a new open air feel to and from the main lobby. Come check it out the next time you are in town!
  • After much feedback from our owners we have added accent pillows to the couches in each room. These new pillows offer a soft feel and look. Please continue to give us any feedback you have regarding the rooms or the property!
  • Our Activities Department team has started several new activities, including the ones below, with lots more to come! Please let us know if you have any other suggestions!
    • Trivia
    • Wine bottle lights
    • Pumpkin planters
    • Glass etching

We have increased the cost of Bonus Time slightly to help offset the increased cost of cleaning the unit. Each One Bedroom or Studio unit will be increased approximately $10/night. If you would like to look at availability or have any questions about Bonus Time, please contact the Owner Support Department at 877.453.4440.

With winter beginning we want to remind all owners of  the Colorado tractions laws. Whether you are renting a car or driving your own, you will be required to follow the tractions laws when CDOT implements Passenger Vehicle Traction and Chain Laws due to poor road conditions.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions on how to make Grand Timber Lodge a better place for you and your family.  You may always send ideas to jstuhr@grandtimber.com for consideration!

Happy Skiing and Happy Thanksgiving!
