At Breckenridge Grand Vacations, we have a family motto, ‘OneBGV!’ This includes our employees and our owners. The BGV Family Spotlight will let our employees get to know our owners and our owners will have a chance to get to know our employees! Employee Spotlight

This month’s employee spotlight is Kyle Brochu! Kyle started working at the GL7 Front Desk and is now working as a GC8 Concierge! He has worked for Breckenridge Grand Vacation since 2013! Here is a bit about Kyle:

  • What is your favorite place you have traveled to? New Zealand! Such an incredible, hidden, little gem.
  • Favorite thing to do outside of work? Where do I start?? Snowboard, Mountain Biking, Ultimate Frisbee, Fly Fishing, Red Rocks, Camping, Rock Climbing, Disc Golf, all the things!
  • What made you move to Breckenridge? I grew up in Denver and honestly moved up here because I was tired of driving I70 all the time! I also went to school in Fort Collins and was studying Hospitality Management and figured I could combine my passion for the mountains with my passion for helping others.
  • Favorite part of your job? The fact that I have become close friends with so many owners and that I get to see them/ catch up with them on a regular basis. It makes my job feel like it’s not a job at all!
  • If you could be any superhero, which one would it be? Peter La Fluer, A True Underdog Story
  • And last, anything else you would like our owners to know about you? Thanks to all my owner friends (you know who you are) for making the last eight years here at BGV feel like home!

Owner Spotlight

This month’s owner spotlight is Cyndy and Del Rhoadarmer! Cyndy and her family have been owners with us since 2010! They are owners at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and the Grand Colorado on Peak 8. Here is a bit about Cyndy and her family:

  • What is your favorite place you have traveled to? Hawaii. We love the weather, the snorkeling and the food.
  • How long have you been owners with Breckenridge Grand Vacations? Grand Lodge 2010 Grand Colorado 2015
  • What property or properties do you own at? We started with efficiency suites at both, but now own a 2 bedroom at GL and a one bedroom at GC (that way we have a week to ourselves).
  • What made you join the BGV Family? We liked the property, plus it’s a short drive from our home in Denver. We love Breckenridge and getting away in the summer.
  • What is your favorite thing about your ownership? Availability of a top notch resort.
  • If you could be any superhero, which one would you be? Del says Superman because he can fly. Cyndy will go with Wonder Woman for the same reason. Do you realize we could fly past I-70 and any traffic jams? We would get here in record time!
  • Anything else you would like to share about yourself or your ownership? While we could trade, we never had traded this property. It’s wonderful to be able to have our grown children and our grandchildren join us.
