Grab some BBQ rub at the Spice Merchants

Spice Merchant Burgers:

Enjoy soaking in the sun while grilling up some tasty burgers. Mix your ground beef and spice of choice (add some diced onion, jalapeno and cheese to the mixture for extra flavor), press patties to ¾ think and make a deep depression in the center with your thumb. Place patties on a hot grill. Grill burgers for about 3 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes. Add cheese to burgers while on grill. Remove burgers from grill, place on buns and top with condiments, lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
