Letter from the General Manager

April was another Grand month at Gold Point Resort. We experienced a wide variety of weather from incredible snow storms to wonderful warm weather, sunshine and bluebird days. Breckenridge celebrated another fantastic ski season and officially closed the ski area on April 23 with the first annual Breck Plunge. Gold Point celebrated another successful year with the Annual Homeowner’s meeting on April 29.

The marketing team recently upgraded the Gold Point website. The website features new interior and exterior photos of Gold Point Resort.

Spring block season has officially started. Lorraine and the Housekeeping team are busy at work doing a deep clean on each unit. They will also begin adding new bed skirts in each of the units. Rob and the Engineering team are also working diligently on preventative maintenance items in all units.

In addition to the deep cleans and preventative maintenance, we are excited about two projects that will occur this spring. The fireplace tile and fireplaces will be replaced in Buildings 4 and 6. The new tile will provide a more modern look and feel while remaining consistent with previous renovations in the living rooms and kitchens. The unit interiors in Building 2 will be repainted with a new color scheme.

Thank you for another great winter season! I look forward to seeing you at Gold Point soon!

Grand Regards,

Lindsay Reinwand
