gp_3.16Greetings from Gold Point Resort! We have enjoyed a stunningly beautiful end of winter and are beginning to looking forward to another spectacular Breckenridge summer.  Not to worry though – if you still need to get some turns in this season the Breckenridge lifts are still turning and Arapahoe Basin has yet to announce a closing day!

Breck is also closing this season with a bang! There will be free concerts at the base of Peak 8 each weekend through closing day.  Join us for Third Eye Blind, Eric Pasley, American Authors, and The Infamous Springdusters!  There’s nothing better than a day of skiing followed by live music.

Our spring weather can be an exciting surprise each morning, rewarding us with bright sunny days or feet of fresh snow.  So, join us now for powder filled mornings on the slopes or warm afternoons riding on the paved rec path throughout Breckenridge.

Lastly, we’d like to remind you that the annual Homeowners Association meeting will be at Gold Point Resort on Apr 25 at 1:00 p.m. We encourage and look forward to seeing you and kindly request that you RSVP, so we can ensure that we have adequate seating for everyone.

Property Updates:

  • We have changed our waste provider to Timberline. Timberline is a local company that understands our needs and is able to provide better service at a discount.
  • The housekeeping department is excited to have sourced additional pillows, allowing us to increase the number of pillows left on each bed!
  • During early March, the Gold Point Resort plow truck sustained some structural damage as the plow hit a block of ice beneath the snow. The truck was taken to Denver for repairs. The repairs took several weeks, but with the mild weather the repair shop was able to reinforce the structure to prevent future issues.
