Letter from the General Manager
Dear Gold Point Homeowners,
Greetings from Breckenridge! It’s hard to believe that it is already December. We have been receiving some nice snowfalls and have been working to perfect our snow removal skills on property, including plowing and snow shoveling. We have had several snowmen built on property and enjoy seeing them pop up after each snowfall. We would love to see yours, the next time you are here!
Breckenridge Ski Resort has been open for a few weeks now. Each new snow allows the ski area to open a little more terrain. Reservations are required for skiing and riding this year; for more information please visit the Breckenridge Ski Resort website.
We’ve had a busy fall and a great Thanksgiving at Gold Point, and now the team at the resort is busy preparing for the upcoming holiday season. The Gold Point Owner’s Lounge was recently decorated for the holidays, and new lights have been installed on each building’s exterior to help spread a little holiday cheer.
The Engineering team has been busy installing new window coverings in Building 3. In the upcoming month, they will also add the new coverings to Buildings 2 and 4. In addition, the team will also be installing new interior unit doors in Building 4 to complete the bathroom renovation project.
The Housekeeping team continues to clean to the new levels of the BGV Shines program, which includes sanitizing rooms with UV lights and electrostatic machines during each clean. The team recently completed deep cleans to prepare for the busy winter season ahead.
The Front Desk team is now offering “to-go” activities. Activities previously available in the Owner’s Lounge are now available to take back to your room. This allows you to create your masterpiece on your schedule and in the privacy of your unit.
We look forward to seeing you this season at Gold Point. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or comments.
Gold Point Resort, General Manager
