Letter from the Construction Manager:
- We have completed the concrete structural slab through 1F, Phase 3.
- The roof steel is 98% complete through Phase 3.We will demobilize the crane next week.
- The drywall and ceiling framing continue to be installed on 2F – 4F, Phase 1.
- The windows and sliding doors are about 80% installed, Phase 1.
- The framing is close to completion in the “triangle” area, Phase 1.
- The exterior trim and siding has started this past month.
- The indoor/outdoor pool installation work has begun. We are working on the waterproofing and plumbing of the “shells” at this time.
