Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge!

We have been having the most amazing fall season here in Breckenridge. The leaves are changing and will soon fall off the trees, and winter will be right around the corner. October in Breckenridge is a bit of a quieter time for us, but it also means we can recharge and prepare for our booming winter season. You can take advantage of many great hikes and biking trails during this time of year. But start getting your winter gear out, skis and boards tuned for a great 2023/2024 ski season!

We are excited for you to see some new furniture replacements this fall! Over the next 4-6 weeks, we will change some furniture in Building 1 and Building 2. Below is a list of all that is happening this fall! I do not want to ruin some upcoming enhancements and surprises, so stay tuned for other property updates!

Fall Replacements:

Building 1:

New dining tables and chairs in all Colorado and Breckenridge Masters
New coffee and end tables in living rooms
New entryway benches
Bedroom lamps (installed towards the end of the year)

Building 2:

New mattresses
New sofa sleepers (installed towards the end of the year)

Outdoor:

New padded furniture in the Building 1 Aquatics Center
