003Letter from the Construction Manager:

  • The insulation is in progress and the drywall is 50 percent complete in the Phase 1, plaza and terrace units.
  • The exterior sheathing, siding, and trim is still in progress in Phase 1.
  • Majority of sheetrock is hung in Phase 1 units.
  • Phase 1, 2nd floor unit fireplaces are operational.
  • Exterior sheathing is now in progress for Phase 2.
  • Exterior framing is in progress for Phase 3.
  • Work on the pools and spas is in progress.
  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins have been started in the common areas in Phase 1.

    I have been an owner since Grand Timber Lodge was just dirt !! I upgraded to Grand Lodge Peak 7 in 2007, and more
    recently purchased Grand Colorado at Peak 8. Of course, I did all of this so that my two grown kids and their spouses and I could enjoy all of the great amenities and the mountains together. Now, I have a grandbaby!! I can’t wait to show him all the fun too!!
