Letter from the Project Coordinator
Happy New Year! 2015 is off to a grand start and so is the progress on Grand Colorado. With initial sales totaling over 7.1 million, we know all Grand Colorado owners are looking forward to the completion of this resort. Take a look at the construction updates as well as progress pictures.
Construction Updates:
- Concrete flooring has been installed through the 4th floor in Phase 1.
- The structural steel is 95 percent complete in Phase 1, and steel work has begun on the 1st and 2nd floor in Phase 2.
- The mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is still ongoing.
- Fireproofing has started in the Phase 1 parking garages.
