Spring skiing is upon us here in the high country! We are looking forward to sunny days and powder on the mountain. If you will be looking for things to do other than being on the mountain, speak with our Activities Coordinators for a list of fun adventures!

The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Construction team is working in overdrive as we are rapidly approaching the opening day of Phase 3-Building 2! This opening will include 60 additional residences, Theater 4 and the remainder of the courtyard grilling area. We are excited for opening day as this will mark the final phase for Buildings 1 and 2, which means our construction team will focus their efforts on the production of Building 3. As you know, each time you stay on property you are asked if you would like to participate in our Sustainable Stay Program. If you are not aware of this program, here is a little bit more information. BGV believes in doing its part to minimize the impact of our operations on the surrounding alpine environment. To help with this initiative, we ask that participants turn off the lights when not in the residence, reuse pool and bath towels during their stay, set the thermostat to resort specific temperatures (dependent on time of year), use reusable tote bags when shopping and recycle while on property. By participating in this program, we can reduce the amount of energy that is used and reduce water usage. The next time you are on property we look forward to you checking “Yes I will participate!”
