Letter from the General Manager
Greetings from Breckenridge! We hope everyone is enjoying the early start to spring this year! Breckenridge has been experiencing sunny days with warmer temperatures. Even though we would love more snow, the warmer temperatures are enjoyable on the mountain. If getting out on the mountain is only part of your plan during your visit in April, please speak with our Activities Coordinators at 970-547-8781 about other options for enjoying Breckenridge.
April in Breckenridge is known for its Spring Fever celebrations. Below are a list of the events happening during the month of April. To find out more information about the events taking place in Breckenridge, visit Go Breck .
- Easter Weekend – April 1
- Breck Spring Beer Festival – April 7
- Masters Race – April 7 and 8
- Breck Chili Cookoff – April 8

Day Use parking is always a popular and sought-after amenity for our owners. To enhance the Day Use program, we will be implementing a cancellation deadline of 7 p.m. the evening prior to arrival. This will ensure that we are filling the parking garage with as many owners as possible who are making the day commute to Breckenridge. If you are not able to make the trip to Breckenridge and have a Day Use reservation, please take a few moments to log in to Grand Central and cancel the reservation prior to the new 7 p.m. deadline. This will ensure that owners who are on the waitlist will move into active parking spaces. Please reach out to the Concierge Desk at 970-547-8780 with any questions about this change.
Did you know that there is a specific page on Grand Central for all resort advisements? You will find a link to this page on the homepage. Please pay attention to these advisements, as they could affect your future reservations. Current advisements contain information about spring pool closures and Ski Hill Road summer construction.
With winter coming to an end and summer on its way, we look forward to helping you enjoy the changing of the seasons at the Grand Colorado. We look forward to welcoming you home during your next stay.
