Letter from the General Manager
Greetings from Breckenridge! The leaves have changed, and snow is starting to dust the peaks in Breckenridge. Winter is upon us! If you are looking to come to Breckenridge, there are still many things to enjoy. Many restaurants in the area offer great deals through the Dining Passport. Just a $10 donation gets you a passport and meals at the amazing eateries. Visit the Concierge Desk while on property to get yours. Also, contact the Activities Desk at 970-547-8781 to find what is happening around town and the resort. We have many activities taking place weekly—get ready for Beer Tasting, Bingo and more!
As we get into the busier winter months, I wanted to remind everyone about the changes to the Day Use Parking cancellation policy. We are calling it the “Good Karma Cancellation Policy” because our intention is to allow even more owners to enjoy Day Use parking privileges. The revised policy requires owners with a parking reservation to cancel by 7 p.m. the night before they arrive if they do not plan to use it. This will help more waitlisted owners (the good karma part) get a spot. If owners do not cancel by 7 p.m. the night prior to getting here, we will cancel all future Day Use reservations they have booked and not allow the owner to book any additional Day Use reservations for 14 days.
I also want to remind everyone that we have added this new resort policy: “Club Members must be present during their use of Resort Privileges and cannot leave any guests unattended at the Project at any time. Failure to follow this rule may result in the Club Member losing future Resort Privileges.”
In addition, I want to pass on an update regarding the shuttle service on behalf of the Breckenridge Mountain Masters Association (BMMA). BMMA operates our shuttle service and recently announced that it will begin providing service to all 18 BMMA shuttle stops to owners on Day Use. However, the BMMA shuttle will no longer be available to owners on Day Use while the gondola is operating. BMMA will make exceptions for those with physical limitations or under other reasonable circumstances. We encourage owners on Day Use to take the gondola. It is often faster than the shuttle, which has to make multiple stops. It also reduces traffic in Breckenridge and is better for the environment. We encourage owners to visit locations on the BMMA route—places like Sevens Restaurant, Robbie’s Tavern, Soothe Spa and Infinity Spa.
We hope to see you in Breckenridge again soon!
