Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge!

The leaves are changing and falling off our beautiful aspen trees in the mountains, creating a beautiful landscape for all to enjoy. Things felt a little different in Breckenridge this year, with the closure of Main Street allowing restaurants to provide additional outdoor seating for patrons, but overall, it was great to see people outside enjoying themselves. From October 1 through November 12, parking in the town of Breckenridge (except on Main Street) is also free! Coming up to enjoy town has never been easier. You will also see how fast the new South Lot parking structure work is going. Even though the parking will not be complete for this year’s ski season, it will make a big difference in years to come.

Through the month of October around the resort, we will start to prepare for the much anticipated 2020/2021 ski season, making sure we have plenty of ski racks, ski storage options for our guests, and plenty of outdoor seating with heating elements close by. Things will look a little different, but the safety of our owners and guests is our number one priority. Ullr Café is also anxiously awaiting its new addition—our 25-foot Ullr Statue. Set to arrive right around the start of ski season, he will be a great conversation piece and addition to Grand Colorado on Peak 8.

We look forward to seeing you in Breckenridge again soon!
