Greetings from Breckenridge and Happy New Year to all our wonderful owners!

Things looked a bit different this year around the holidays, but one thing remained and that was the love of the mountains and snow. Ski lifts were turning, while owners and guests enjoyed some great runs on the mountain and picturesque walks through beautiful Breckenridge. For the safety of all visiting Breckenridge, many great events have been canceled, such as Ullr Fest, but there is still so much to do in town! Talk to our Concierge team the next time you are in town; they will be happy to recommend some great hiking trails, scenic car rides, excursions, and more.

Have you had your picture taken with the new Ullr statue on the plaza level? You can’t miss him! He is placed right in front of the Rocky Mountain and Colorado Super Chairs, standing tall and proud and shooting a snowflake to the top of the mountains. Don’t forget to stop in at Ullr Café to get a Viking hot chocolate or our famous Ullr Bloody Mary to capture the moment.

During your next overnight on the property, you will also notice a few other changes in regard to ski locker assignments. To provide all overnight owners and guests with ski locker access, we have utilized some additional rooms and space around the property. Your assigned ski locker may be in a different location than it has been in years past, to help us reduce the number of people in one area. Winter (weeks 1-6, 13-15 & 47-50) : January 6, 2021

Winter Prime (weeks 7-12) : February 17, 2021

Winter Value (weeks 13-15 & 47-50) : March 31, 2021

Spring/Fall (weeks 16-20 & 40-46) : April 21, 2021

Summer Value (weeks 21-25 & 33-39) : May 26, 2021

Summer Prime (weeks 26-32) : June 30, 2021

Each Wednesday a new week will become available to book within your season beginning at 9 a.m. MT. Make your reservation by calling 877-453-4440.

* 3 and 4 bedroom owners may call one week prior to book their full 3 or 4 bedroom unit.
