Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge!

May skiing is in full effect! The base of Peak 8 remains busy with late-season skiers enjoying the snow and sunshine. It is mesmerizing to watch the snowcats move and reconfigure the snow on the slopes to keep conditions safe and the snow base strong in the evenings. Please note that the BreckConnect Gondola will not be running from May 1 through Mid-June. The Gondola will reconvene with the opening of the Epic Discovery Park, on June 18. The resort shuttle will remain available to all owners and guests for service to and from town. The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 team members are hard at work during the shoulder season to ensure the property is in pristine condition!

As Summit County has moved into Level Green, we have been able to update our amenity reservation policies. The outdoor aquatics are just one of the many amenities that no longer require reservations. Go here to learn more.

Please take a look below to see what the team has done and the projects we will continue through May.

All residences, common areas and amenities are receiving top to bottom deep cleaning
Painting and staining outside of Buildings 1 and 2
Addition of an exterior door to the Building 1 Day Use Lunchroom
Addition of windows to doors leading into Elev8 Lounge
Restriping of the main entrance and Porte cochere
