Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Property Info

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge! Summer is here in the mountains and we are excited to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. The sun is melting the snow off our beautiful peaks and flowing down to the rivers to help fill and provide much-needed moisture to the valley. Locals are getting their bikes out as trials are drying for our many mountain bike trails in the area. Next time you come and need a trail recommendation, stop by the Concierge Desk and get up-to-date information on where to go.

This year town is starting to look a little bit like it used to. Breckenridge is open at 100% capacity at all restaurants and stores, which is great for many businesses in town. Walkable Main Street is not something to return to Breckenridge but is returning to the town of Frisco. Masks are no longer mandatory in the county, but some businesses may elect to require them still. We are excited to share concerts and other events that are returning to the county! Visit www.exploresummit.com for upcoming concerts and keep checking throughout the summer as more events will be announced over the next couple of months.

Property improvements and changes are underway. If you have not visited Elev8 Lounge this spring, now is the time! We are excited to share the addition of new tables and chairs. Additional furniture is also set to arrive later this summer, but the tables have really elevated this area. It is the best place to go for an afternoon cocktail. Sitting out in the sunshine with a drink in hand looking over at the mountains is an experience that cannot be beaten. One of my favorite places on the property, I will say. Elev8 Bar is currently open daily from 12 – 6 p.m., we hope to see you in Breckenridge again soon!
