Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Property Information- June

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge! The sun is shining, and we are ready for the summer in Breckenridge. Skis and snowboard gear are packed up and bikes and hiking gear are coming out. Summit County has many amazing hiking and biking trails for all to enjoy. We are also fortunate to have many in our surrounding counties that are just a short drive away. A great resource to search nearby trails and see if they will fit you or your family’s needs is to use alltrails.com. This is the main website your Concierge team recommends to all who ask. You can see length, elevation gain, route type, difficulty rating, and reviews of what others experienced. But as always please stop at the Concierge Desk for additional information and recommendations.

We are excited to share some exciting new updates to the property. We are always looking for ways to improve your property and keep it looking fresh and new for our amazing owners. Below are some changes/updates for you to check out next time you are on the property.

  • New carpet to two floors in Building One. (Remaining floors to receive the same carpet refresh this fall)
  • New Lounge in Building 3 is now open! This took place of our pop-up fitness center that came around during COVID to accommodate our many owners and guests requesting workout space when times were limited.
  • New mural added to Building 1 Day Use Lunch Room. Former BGV employee Aaron Golbeck came in and in one day spray painted an amazing depiction of the Breck Ski Area. What we see in our backyard each day. This new addition brings some much-needed color and vibrance to a great space. To see other projects completed by Aaron Golbeck visit ag-pnt.com
