Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Property Information: April

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge!

It is hard to believe we are at the end of ski season, and spring weather is soon upon us. It is that time of year were we switch gears and start our deep cleaning process and also resort improvements. A couple great updates that will be happening this spring are as follows:

  • New hallway carpet in Building 1, levels 2-4
  • New unit and hallway carpet in Building 2, levels 2 and 4
  • New armchairs in all Building 1 and 2 residences
  • New mattresses in all Building 1 residences

This is always exciting as we make improvements to the property and fresh new updates for our owners and guests to enjoy. We have additional projects planned for the upcoming months, and I will share those as soon as they are finalized!

As the snow melts and days become warmer in Breckenridge, it is great to see locals and visitors switching gears in their activities. Skiing is still in full swing and as popular as ever, but bikers are starting to show up on the streets and on our bike paths. Breckenridge is such a bike-friendly town, and getting my electric bike out is something I am very much looking forward to. Our concierge team knows many great rental companies in the area and can direct you to the best option for rentals if that is something you are interested in for your next vacation or visit.

We hope to see you in Breckenridge again soon!
