Greetings from Breckenridge!

Summer weather this year in Breckenridge has been amazing. Lots of sunshine which means lots of outdoor adventures to take advantage of. Even with the base area construction, so many families are enjoying the Epic Discovery Park. Scenic Chair lift rides, bouncing games, and the coaster are just a few activities you can participate in this year. We are excited for when winter rolls around to see what the new base area setup with look like and the added functionality it will bring to our owners and guests.

Something we have noticed this summer that has been a bit different from in years past is the number of amazing owners bringing their dogs with them on vacation. We love dogs! But wanted to take a moment to remind our owners of the GC8 HOA on-property Dog Policy. Additional information can be found on your owner portal through Grand Central. Below are a couple highlights:

Owners must notify GC8 in advance of bringing a dog to the property. We do have rooms that are Dog Friendly and those that are not. This allows us time to move inventory around as needed.
Only owners are permitted to bring up to 2 dogs per residence.
Only dogs are permitted on the property. Cats and other furry friends must remain at home during your visit.
Dogs are not permitted in common areas of the resort. This includes elevators, pool areas, lobby, etc.
