Letter from the Construction Manager
- Drywall work continues in the Phase 1 plaza and terrace units.
- Drywall taping is in progress in Phase 1 floors 2-4. Texture work to start early February.
- Framing and MEP is in progress in Phase 1 on the 5th floor.
- The common area in Phase 1 framing is 80 percent complete, and MEP has started.
- Windows have been delivered for Phase 2 floors 2-3.
- Exterior wall framing is still in progress in Phase 3.
