Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge! It is hard to believe we are already into February in this great year of 2022. The snow has not been as plentiful as we would like this ski season, but the sun is shining and there is still so much to do in the area- winter ziplining, snowmobiling, dinner sleigh rides and so much more. Our concierge can hook you up with discounts and such for being an owner! Just reach out to them prior to your stay or during check in for details and pricing. A classic walk through Main Street is always a favorite of many. Town does look a bit different as we work through staffing challenges in the area but you will still have an amazing time! It has been great to slow down and really enjoy the beautiful area and establishments we have in our area.

During check in we see many owners and guests coming to the property with cases of bottled water. Many people must not know how lucky we are in Summit County to have some of the best drinking water around right at our fingertips! We are at the top of the water food chain here and the water we are supplied with comes right from the Blue River basin and consists of mostly snowmelt. Instead of wasting your hard-earned dollars and putting stress on your body carrying all that water simple pack or bring your reusable water bottle. We have many water bottle filling stations around property but also you can use the faucet in your room as well! Our one-bedroom master residence refrigerators also have water dispensers inside also. Next time you are on property take advantage of Summit County’s high-quality drinking water and help reduce waste.

We are entering our busy booking season- booking Winter, Winter Prime, and soon Winter Value for 2023! Follow the link below to add the booking day to your calendar.
