Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

January has shown us some cold and windy weather, but we have been thrilled to see all the new snow for the new year! All peaks are open at the ski resort, and Peak 7 introduced the opening of the brand-new Freedom chairlift. We are in the full swing of the winter season, and it is so wonderful to see the smiles on our owners’ faces. We are also looking forward to welcoming back the Snow Sculpture Championships, starting in town on January 24!

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is excited to announce a few updates here on property this month:

• We hired a new Front Desk Supervisor, Jack Harvey! Jack has been with the company for about 5 months now and is passionate about servicing our owners and continuing to create grand vacations and smiles.
• The GL7 Escape Room continues to make progress and we have officially started the beta-testing phase of this project! We hope to have this live for owners to enjoy by the end of the month. This will be a fun activity for you to do year-round.
• The county-wide mask mandate is still in effect at this time. Please be advised that masks are required in all indoor common areas of the resort.
• A reminder about self-rentals: as an owner, you are able to rent out your unit a few different ways! If you choose to rent it out yourself, versus through our vacation rentals department, please note that you still need to speak with Owner Relations to ensure proper names are added to the reservation, your guests receive proper cleaning, etc.
