Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Property Info

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your Breckenridge Family,

Spring skiing is alive and well in the high country. March snow totals have provided a healthy base depth that will allow the ski resort to operate through May! The Independence SuperChair will continue to offer access to Peak 7 through April 18 as initially scheduled, while Peak 8 will serve as the central hub for extended skiing and riding. Please note the gondola will serve as the best form of transportation to and from Peak 8, as construction for a second chairlift on Peak 7 will soon be underway. This is an exciting addition for the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 owners, as the Independence SuperChair currently accommodates the most visitors in the U.S. Please check out this article to learn more about Vail Resorts new lift operations.

Sevens has brought back the Owner Special! Enjoy a chicken sandwich, paired with a domestic beer, for $15. Please have your owner’s card available to take advantage of this offer. To guarantee your indoor dining reservation, please create a reservation here.

Are you looking for a new way to experience Breckenridge? Check out Roger’s Snow Bike Rentals for a unique spin on-mountain recreation. Snow biking requires no previous ski or snowboard experience. After a quick demo, you’ll have no problem accessing all your favorite terrain in Breckenridge. Several Grand Lodge employees have even snow-biked down the Imperial Chairlift!

Please note the following aquatics closures scheduled for this spring. These closures allow your favorite pools and hot tubs to remain open throughout the year.

  • 4/19 – 4/21   Indoor Hot Tub
  • 4/21 – 4/23   Outdoor Hot Tub
  • 4/26 – 4/28   Kids Pool
  • 4/28 – 4/30   Lower Hot Tub
  • 5/3 – 5/5       Grotto Hot Tub
  • 5/5 – 5/7       Adult Hot Tub
  • 5/10 – 5/14   Indoor/Outdoor Pool
  • 5/17 – 5/21   Plunge Pool

Thank you to everyone who was able to share recent vacation feedback. Please continue to share your ideas by emailing All ideas are welcome!
