Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Property Info

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge,

May snow lets skiing flow! As we recently highlighted, Breckenridge is one of only six ski resorts in the United States that will remain open for skiing and snowboarding during May! As of April 24, Breckenridge has reported 270 inches of snowfall this season, with several feet coming in April. Given that terrain is currently limited to Peak 8, don’t forget to make your ski reservation via your epic account! Please note that the BreckConnect Gondola will not be running from May 1 – June 11 due to wildlife migration. The resort shuttle will still be available for door-to-door service to and from Peak 8.

We want to thank all the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 owners who attended the annual meeting on April 10. All of the well-thought questions were greatly appreciated as we strive to provide the best owner experience. For those who weren’t able to attend, the recording can be found on the owner webpage.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 staff has been hard at work during the shoulder season to ensure the property is in tip-top shape! Below are a few improvement projects that are being executed.

  • All amenities and residences are receiving top to bottom deep cleaning.
  • The resurfacing of the pool deck and replacing of North Building siding will soon be underway as the weather permits.
  • The second through fifth floors of the South Building is receiving roller shades.
  • Additional Electric Vehicle Chargers are being installed.
  • All elevators will be receiving cabin remodels.

If you are planning a visit during the below pool closures, please don’t hesitate to reach out to staff for more information regarding the use of pools at One Ski Hill Place while the Indoor/Outdoor and Plunge pools are unavailable.

  • 5/10 – 5/14 Indoor/Outdoor Pool
  • 5/17 – 5/21 Plunge Pool

As Summit County has moved into Level Green, we have been able to update our amenity reservation policies. The outdoor aquatics are just one of the many amenities that no longer require reservations. Go here to learn more.

As always, thank you for the valuable feedback that our owners can provide. Please continue to share your ideas by emailing nborovich@breckgv.com. All ideas are welcome!

Best Regards,

Nick Borovich
