Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Property Info

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge,

As the dog days of summer begin to wind down, summer fun is still rampant in the Rockies. With a healthy dose of rain showers, wildflower season looks as good as ever. Live music fills the air as outdoor venues continue to book their stages. Most notably, Summit County’s Dillon Amphitheater has brought in many famous acts, all performing with the beautiful backdrop of Lake Dillon.  The Breckenridge Backstage Theater, part of Breck Create and the Historic District, is also back in action with numerous theatrical delights.

Do the Olympics have you itching to get outside and recreate? With the high demand for summer activities, please don’t hesitate to contact the Concierge team before your next visit to ensure availability for your favorite excursions. Thinking about hiking some of Summit County’s most iconic trails or taking a stab at summiting Quandary mountain, our single 14,000-foot peak? Please note that Quandary and McCullough Gulch trailheads are now requiring a parking reservation due to heavy traffic. To make your reservation or learn more about the free daily shuttle to and from Breckenridge, follow this link.

If you’re missing Breckenridge’s walkable main street from last summer, consider cruising down to Frisco to enjoy walkable main street, just a stone’s throw from the Frisco Marina. The Dillon Farmer’s Market is now open every Friday at Dillon Marina until September 18, while the Breckenridge Farmer’s Market is open every Sunday at Main Street Station until September fifth. Check out the links above for more details on retail vendors, food vendors, and live entertainment.

Looking ahead to projects this fall, we would like to ensure that all owners know the grotto remodel is due September 20 – October 25. This closure includes the spa deck, steam room, and weatherproofing enhancements to sustain this environment for years to come.

Thank you for being valued owners with the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. We can’t wait to see you during your next trip to Breck!

With Gratitude,

Nick Borovich
