Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Property Information- May

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is pleased to share a few updates with our owners:

  • It’s getting warmer outside, and we love to see the sun shining on the slopes! Breckenridge Peak 7 will remain open through April and May, so long as we can keep the snow around! We hope you can come to enjoy some late-season skiing, or at least some extra relaxation, this month.
  • As it starts to be slightly quieter around Breck, we use this opportunity to do deep cleaning and preventative maintenance. Please take a look at the Resort Advisements on your owner portal to see what closures may occur during your spring visit. One of the in-room projects that we are working on is adding roller-shade blinds in the North Building units!
  • Mother’s Day is coming up! We will have some special activities planned, and Seven’s will have a brunch special.
  • Please keep in mind that the BreckConnect Gondola is currently closed and will reopen on June 17. Our shuttle and town busses are still operating to take you to and from town.
    • Fun fact: one of the reasons the gondola closes down, not maintenance related, is to provide a safe place with no human disturbance to the Cucumber Gulch. The gulch provides vital habitat for many native Colorado animals (you’ve likely seen a moose on a gondola ride over Cucumber Gulch at some point!)
  • If you haven’t yet, make sure to try out the Escape Room during your next visit! This is a great thing to do while the mountain and town slow down just a bit.

We always welcome your feedback and suggestions for how to make the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 a better place for you and your family. Please send any thoughts to ayoder@breckgv.com for consideration!
