Grand Timber Lodge Property Information

September 2023

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

September ushers in the fall, which is hands down one of the best times of the year in Breckenridge! In addition to viewing the beautiful changing colors, it is a great time of year to check out the trails when they are less busy than in peak summer. In addition, if you are in town 9/15-9/17, make sure to check out our world-famous Oktoberfest! This annual celebration of Bavarian culture is an amazing excuse to drink a pint on the streets while eating a pretzel or bratwurst.

Here is what has been going on around the property:

At Grand Timber Lodge, our Engineering department is embracing technology like 3D printing to create innovative replacement parts for appliances. This helps us reduce waste and conserve resources while also making the production process more efficient and adaptable to changing needs. These new parts seamlessly integrate into appliances, improving their performance and durability. By reducing waste and extending the lifespan of appliances, we’re committed to a greener and more sustainable future.

Please note that the Administrative Fee associated with splitting owner weeks into two partial stays will now be equivalent to the cost of the cleaning service. This update will take place beginning with reservations created January 1st, 2024 and beyond. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions regarding this update.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions on making Grand Timber Lodge a better place for you and your family.  You may always send ideas to eli@grandtimber.com for consideration!
