Grand Timber Lodge Property Info

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your home in Breckenridge!

If March snow showers bring April flowers, this will undoubtedly be a blooming spring! After a slow start to the ski season, Ullr finally gave us lots of snow to play in. In March and April, heavy snowfall should help keep our water table up this summer and make for a fun rafting season! We are all excited that this extra snow will allow Breckenridge Ski Resort to keep operating well into May. If you have not skied here in the spring before, I would highly recommend it!

As the COVID restrictions put in place by the town and county continue to evolve, please keep in mind that we all need to do our part. Please refer to the Summit County government’s website or chat with our Concierge for updates on the current restrictions.

Here is a taste of what else has been going on around the property:

  • We begin our spring blocks on April 16. With that, we will be working through doing deep cleans and preventative maintenance in each room on the property.
  • We are replacing mattresses in Buildings 7 and 8
  • We are in the process of putting safes in every residence. We hope that our guests feel a higher level of security with these newly installed units with a place to keep their valuables.
  • We have begun remodeling the Building 5 locker rooms. We are beyond excited for this facelift to a highly used amenity. The new locker rooms will look similar to the Building 1 locker rooms remodeled last year.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions on making Grand Timber Lodge a better place for you and your family.  You may always send ideas to eli@grandtimber.com for considerations!
