Grand Timber Lodge Property Info

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

Like most of the US, Summit County is adapting to a very challenging labor market. Even amid those challenges, BGV will continue to put smiles on faces and create Grand vacations for our Owners. We will continue to hire, train and retain excellent employees. We are considering all options to meet that goal. That includes a commitment to competitive wages and benefits and efforts to make sure the employees who serve you can afford to live here. BGV has also added a dedicated employee Recruiter to our Culture and Talent department. We intend to remain the Employer of Choice in Summit County.

Here is what has been going on around the property:

  • We have resurfaced all the pools and hot tubs across the property. The new liner is a polymer finish that both looks and feels great. This surface also has a long life span which will help keep repair and replacement costs to a minimum.
  • With the fall comes our biennial deep cleaning and maintenance of the entire property. If you are staying here in October or November, please remember that we will be working on several projects around the property to keep your home in the mountains looking and feeling great.
  • We have shifted our daily waffle bar to accommodate the early birds in preparation for the ski season. Please come down to the Activities Center in Building 6 any time from 8 a.m.-9:30 a.m. to make a fresh, delicious waffle with all the toppings your heart desires!
  • As owners, please keep in mind that you can book a reservation for the on-property movie theaters as soon as you have a reservation in place. If you know of a time that works best for your family, we encourage you to go ahead and get a time reserved so you do not miss this popular activity. In addition, if you have any suggestions for moves you would like to see added to our list, please let the Front Desk know!

As a reminder, due to Gold Point Resort no longer being managed by the Breckenridge Grand Vacations family of resorts, Bonus Time for Grand Timber Lodge owners will no longer be available at Gold Point Resort

We welcome your feedback and suggestions on making Grand Timber Lodge a better place for you and your family.  You may always send ideas to eli@grandtimber.com for considerations!
