Grand Timber Lodge Property Information- November

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

Winter has finally arrived! A-Basin and Keystone have been open for a while and the Breckenridge Ski Resort is set to open on November 11th.  We are all praying for Ullr to grace us with a big snow season so we can crush some pow pow. If you are still in the hiking and biking mindset fear not! Chaffee and Eagle County both should offer dry trails some time to come. This is also a great time of year to enjoy a cocktail and app during Après ski. A couple of my favorite spots are Aurum Quandary grill. The Boot Saloon is also always a great choice as it can be a little easier to get into than the spots on main street.

Here is what is going on around the property:

  • Starting on November 13th our shuttle will go to their winter hours of 8am to 11pm. As always please keep in mind that our shuttle will take you to Beaver Run and downtown. If you want to go to the base of peaks 7 or 8, they will take you to the gondola that you can take up the hill
  • We still have some furniture for sale. If you are interested, please contact our front desk at 970-453-4440
  • We are most of the way though our fall block process. Thank you all for your patience as we work to keep the property clean and in working order
  • Keep your eyes peeled for some fun holiday-themed activities as we always try to give our holiday guests plenty of options

A quick reminder for owners interested in our Bonus Time benefit- Any owner-rental space or developer-owned space is subject to drop to Bonus Time rates for weekdays inside of 30 days to check-in, and weekends inside of 14 days to check-in. Owner Relations can hold back inventory from going to Bonus Time at their own discretion to maximize owner rental income. This is based on availability, demand, and season.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions on how to make Grand Timber Lodge a better place for you and your family.  You may always send ideas to for consideration!
