Happy New Year from your family at Grand Timber Lodge!
The holidays are behind us, and we look forward to enjoying the many winter activities that Summit County has to offer. 2014 was a year filled with many property updates, and we loved sharing these improvements with all of you as you shared your holidays with us. As a result of all the hard work from each and every staff member, Grand Timber Lodge moved into the 7th place on Trip Advisor among all hotels in Breckenridge. We are very proud of that accomplishment, and we will continue our commitment to provide owners and guests with the best vacation experience. Speaking of great vacations, don’t forget to plan your visit to Breckenridge to celebrate Ullr Fest, and help us encourage the Norse God of Snow to bless this season with plenty of fresh powder.
We also successfully closed out the 2014 resort budget and not only met but exceeded our budget goals! We also received final approval on the 2015 HOA budget and look forward to another busy year.
