Hot Boozy Drinks

There are few better ways to reward yourself than with a hot boozy drink after a day on the mountain. Take a stroll down Main Street and try out some of the best boozy hot chocolates, ciders, spiced wine and anything that you could desire. Of course, there are non-boozy drinks for the little ones if they would like to join! We got to play ‘tourist for the day’ and go to a couple local restaurants to try out some hot boozy drinks for ourselves. Here is what we tasted and our experience!

Ullr Café

Drinks tasted;

Viking Hot Chocolate ($10)* – Ullr peppermint, cinnamon liquor, hot chocolate topped with whipped cream.

  • Hot Toddy ($10)* – Black tea, whiskey, honey and lemon.
  • Irish Coffee ($10)* – Irish cream, Jameson, fresh brewed coffee topped with whipped cream.

Robbies Tavern at the Bergenholf

Drinks tasted;

Peppermint Patty ($13)* – Peppermint Schnapps, hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed peppermint candy.

  • Irish Winter ($13)* – Irish Whiskey, Three Olives Espresso Vodka, coffee, topped with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
  • Connolly Coffee (a.k.a Nutty Irishman) ($13)* – Carolines Irish Cream, Frangelico, coffee, topped with whipped cream and Crème de Menthe drizzle.

Good Squeeze ($8)* – A Hot Toddy with Pineapple Bourbon, squeeze of lemon, honey and hot apple cider.

Hot Mess Espresso ($8)* – Van Gogh Espresso, Vodka, Baileys and hot chocolate.
