Grand Colorado on Peak 8 – With our newest building now open, the Grand Colorado has changed the face of the Peak 8 and offers the highest standard of ski in, ski out and slopeside luxury.

Featuring over 200 luxury residences and similar layouts to the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 offers a variety of unit sizes that can fit families of all types. Units will have a “Mountain Modern” feel and will include details inspired by nature but with a luxurious twist. The Grand Colorado will also offer a new four bedroom layout that is unlike any other unit out there.
