OWNER SELF SERVICE RENTAL PORTAL

At Breckenridge Grand Vacations we are always working to make the owner experience better than ever. Over the past year we have been diligently working behind the scenes to create a Self-Service Rental Portal for all BGV owners that is easier than ever.

With this updated portal you will be able to:

  • Request to have all or a portion of your owner week placed up for rent.
  • See the status of your rental contract request.
  • Check the rental contract signature status for all owners and co-owners.
  • Cancel a rental contract request.
  • Re-send yourself or co-owners the rental contract.
  • Download and save your rental contract.
  • See what portions of your unit have been rented out by BGV.

This new system also uses the latest e-signing technology to ensure that the signing process is easy, quick, and secure. We have integrated the DocuSign system with our rental process to make sure rental contracts are mobile friendly, simple to sign, easy to understand, and coming from a trusted and secure site. How to request to have your owner week rented by BGV:

  • Log in to Grand Central.
  • Hover over “Reservations” and select the menu item My Reservations.
  • Find the week you would like to place up for rent and select the “Rent” button.
  • Check the box for each night that you would like to put up for rent in each portion of the unit. You may also select all nights using the “Select All” button, if you would like to rent the full unit for all nights.
  • If you would like your rental income applied toward your HOAs, check the box next to Apply revenue to HOA dues.
  • After you have selected the night or nights you would like placed up for rent, click “Next.”
  • Read the confirmation terms and conditions and select the “Confirm” buttons if you would still like to place your unit up for rent.
  • In 24-48 hours you will receive a rental contract via email to sign to continue the process of placing your unit up for rent.

How to check rental contract status:

After you have requested your rental contract you can check the status of the contract and signatures via Grand Central. To access this information:

  • Log in to Grand Central.
  • Hover over “Ownership” and select the menu item Rental Status.
  • Click on the resort tab and + sign by the reservation date you would like to see.
  • Once the accordion expands you will be able to see the rental status, cancel your contract, see who was signed the contract, re-send the contract, and see all the details of what you requested to have placed up for rent by Breckenridge Grand Vacations.

How to check if your unit has been rented:

  • Log in to Grand Central.
  • Hover over “Ownership” and select the menu item Rental Status.
  • Click on the resort tab and + sign by the reservation date you would like to see.
  • Once the accordion expands you will be able to see all the unit portions you have placed up for rent and if each night of your week has rented.
