I’m sure you’ve heard it before, but I really want you to know that all of us at BGV stand behind our company motto:

Our Family Commitment: Always Grand Vacations

We created this statement nearly 20 years ago to help guide us to be the best we can be in serving our owners and guests. We want to make sure each vacation you have with us is as GRAND as possible, so your feedback is very important.

The post-stay surveys we receive from you are a great way to let us know how we can improve your vacation home experience. We pay attention to every comment and keep track of trends, requests and issues that you bring to our attention. The information you provide helps us be better at what we do.

In addition to the surveys, there is another way to notify us when something is less than expected. You can actually give your feedback to any staff member on property while you are there. That’s right. You don’t have to wait to speak to the General Manager. All our staff members are actively listening. We want to know if there is a problem with anything in your unit—or the resort— while you are with us, so we can fix it for your stay. We never want you to be inconvenienced by a small annoyance, such as a leaky faucet, loud fan, or other problem that our staff can repair, thus helping to improve the quality of your vacation.

We understand that some problems are bigger than a quick fix, but even for these, we want to find at least a short-term solution during your stay so you don’t ever feel like you’re having a substandard experience. Please talk to us when you need to. We can’t fix a problem that we don’t know about, so all of us welcome your feedback, requests and concerns.

Staying at your vacation home should always be a GRAND time for you, your family and guests – and we want to know whatever we can do to ensure that happens. We hope to see you again soon!

I always enjoy my stay here at Goldpoint but have 3 concerns. The large window in the living room in unit 2B should be replaced. It has a leak and sweats. Also why king sheets on the queen beds? Are the windows storm windows in 2B.

Thank you for sharing you concerns. We will pass these along to the Gold Point Resort team and get back to you with the answers to your questions.
