View from the Bottom

Summer is in full swing at our resorts and we couldn’t be more pleased to share this owner update from the pool deck at Grand Timber Lodge. I have been spending a lot of time at our resorts asking owners how things are going since we reopened on June 1st. We have received amazingly productive and positive feedback, and as a result, we continue to learn ways we can improve as we navigate this new norm. It hasn’t been easy to get it right on the first try, but one thing we do know for certain, is things are constantly changing and the resiliency of our staff has been amazing keeping your vacation experience top of mind. Here are a just a few highlights:

  • Reservations are still required for all our amenities; however, we have gotten creative and have additional fitness centers at both Grand Timber Lodge and Grand Colorado on Peak 8. We are further exploring similar options at our other resorts.
  • The GR8 Escape Room is now open and I can’t wait to take my family there and try our hand at this new amenity.
  • We are now resuming facials in our spas in addition to all the other amazing services being offered at both Soothe and Infinity Spas. Appointments are recommended.

Our staff have been updating our amenity web pages at each of the resorts daily as we look for new and improved ways to operate in a safe and friendly way. Mike and I are grateful each and every day for our amazing staff and more importantly, being able to welcome each of you back on vacation. We are in the smile business and that has never been truer than it is today!
